Custom Doors: Custom-ordered, special, or made-to-order doors are strictly non-refundable once the contract is signed and the order is placed.
Labor & Installation: Once installation is complete, our doors are non-refundable.
Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and mechanical adjustments to correct defects in installation.
We offer a 3-day cancellation period for signed contracts.
